Dynamic thirty-employee law firm based in downtown Newark, New Jersey seeks a strong communicator to serve as our Marketing and Social Media Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your marketing skills with a dynamic and growing law firm. We offer a remote, hybrid workplace and  will consider flex-time, part-time and full time candidates. Main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with development of individual attorney and firm marketing plans and strategies
• Managing all social media platforms
• Growing our follower base and increasing engagement in our social media channels
• Creating content, drafting announcements and attorney news items
• Spearheading the development of RFPs and other client facing proposals to grow business opportunities
• Motivating attorneys, tracking performance, and reporting metrics
• Coordinating sponsorships for conferences and events
• Spearheading firm and attorneys for legal award recognition

• Ability to maintain deadlines, multitask, and prioritize
• Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in WordPress (or other similar CMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
