Joseph L. Linares concentrates his practice on litigation, contract drafting and complex negotiations.  Mr. Linares handles a multitude of dispute types including contract claims and drafting, intellectual property, employment, construction and torts as well corporate/business law and transactional work.  In addition to servicing established corporate clients, he also provides counsel for non-profits, small businesses and start-up ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph spent his previous three years at Connell Foley LLP. Prior to working for Connell Foley LLP and during law school Joseph served as an Analyst for the Staff Attorney and Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

Joseph earned his J.D. cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as the Student Bar Association Vice President, a Fellow for the Minority Student Program, and a Teaching Associate for Legal Research & Writing. He was also awarded the Rutgers School of Law Alumni Senior Prize, bestowed on the graduate exhibiting the “greatest achievement during their entire law school career, and who has the greatest promise as a future member of the legal profession.” In addition to his J.D., Joseph also holds a B.A. from Villanova University and a dual M.B.A. from Seton Hall University.
