Gerhard Buehning practices in federal and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark Falk, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, for the 2015-2016 term.

Gerhard earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he served as a Teaching Assistant for Corporations. During law school, Gerhard was a summer associate at Connell Foley LLP. Gerhard earned his undergraduate degree in Communications, with a minor in Philosophy from Rutgers University in 2011.
